Location of Accessory Uses or Structures(1) Except on lots where the principal structure is 300 feet or more from a street,the following accessory uses shall not be located between the principal useand adjacent street rights-of-way:(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f)(g)(h)Accessory dwelling units;Amateur ham radio equipment;Drive-through;Housing for poultry;Outdoor storage;Parking of boats, watercraft, heavy trucks, trailers, or majorrecreational equipment;Small wind energy facilities; orStable.(2) Except for fences, walls, and functionally-dependent facilities, all accessorystructures shall comply with the minimum setback and spacing standardsapplicable to accessory structures in the zoning district where the structure islocated (see Chapter 3: Zoning Districts).(3) No accessory structure shall be located within any platted or recordedeasement or over any known utility unless written authorization is providedfrom the easement holder or the county, as appropriate.G. Maximum HeightAll accessory structures shall comply with the maximum height standards in the zoningdistrict where the structure is located (see Chapter 3: Zoning Districts).H.
