Animal Care(1) CharacteristicsThe Animal Sales, Services, and Care Use Category is characterized by usesrelated to the provision of medical services and treatment to animals, includingveterinary services, animal hospitals and the boarding of animals related to theprovision of these services.(2) ExamplesExamples of Animal Sales, Services, and Care Use Types include animalshelters, animal grooming, kennels (outdoor and indoor), animal hospitals, andveterinary clinics.C. Auditorium, Convention, and Conference Center(1) CharacteristicsThe Auditorium, Convention, and Conference Center Use Category ischaracterized by facilities used for business or professional conferences,seminars, and training programs.(2) ExamplesExample use types include auditoriums, convention centers, conferencecenters, meeting facilities, and corporate retreat facilities.D. Eating EstablishmentsE. Offices(1) CharacteristicsThe Eating Establishments Use Category includes use types that prepare andsell food and beverages for immediate or direct on- or off-premiseconsumption. Accessory uses may include bars or cocktail lounges associatedwith the establishment, decks and patios for outdoor seating, drive-throughfacilities, facilities for live entertainment or dancing, customer and employeeparking areas, and valet parking facilities.(2) ExamplesExamples include restaurants with indoor and outdoor seating, restaurantswith drive-through service, specialty eating establishments (ice cream parlors,bakery shops, dessert shops, juice or coffee houses), and dinner theaters.(3) ExceptionsBars, night clubs, or cocktail lounges are classified as Retail Sales and Services.(1) CharacteristicsThe Office Use Category includes use types that provide for activities that areconducted in an office setting and generally focus on business, professional, orfinancial services.
