The Planning Board, following a publicmeeting, shall make a recommendation on the application inaccordance with the standards in Section 2.3.9, Advisory Body Reviewand Recommendation, Section 2.4.8.E.4.a, Preliminary Plat ReviewStandards, and Section 2.4.6.D, Use Permit Review Standards.Decision-Making Body Review and Decision(i)(ii)Applicable (see Section 2.3.10).
