Chapter 10: Definitions and MeasurementSECTION 10.5: DEFINITIONSTelecommunications Antenna, Collocation on Existing tower or BuildingTELECOMMUNICATIONS ANTENNA, COLLOCATION ON EXISTING TOWEROR BUILDINGCollocation is a situation in which two or more different wireless communication serviceproviders place wireless communication antenna(s) and/or other wireless communicationsequipment on a common antenna-supporting structure (tower, or other stationary device) orbuilding.TELECOMMUNICATIONS TOWER, FREESTANDINGA structure erected on the ground and used primarily for the support of antennas for wirelesstelephone, and similar communication purposes and utilized by commercial, governmental, orother public or quasi-public users. The term includes microwave towers, common-carriertowers, cellular telephone towers, alternative tower structures, and the like. The term doesnot include private home use of satellite dishes and television antennas, or amateur radiooperators as licensed by the FCC.TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION OR SALES OFFICEA temporary mobile unit located at a development site for to be used for construction orsales purposes.TEMPORARY USE PERMITA permit authorizing the operation of a temporary use or special event approved, approvedwith conditions, or denied by the Planning Director in accordance with Section 2.4.11,Temporary Use Permit.TENNIS COURTA court, paved or covered by grass, dedicated to the playing of tennis. Such facilities may beindoors out outdoors, and may include tall fences, exterior lighting, or bleachers forspectators.TENTAny temporary shelter, canopy or enclosure of canvas, fabric, plastic film or other stretchmaterial supported and sustained by a pole(s) and/or guy line(s).TERITARY TREATMENTAdvanced cleaning of wastewater that goes beyond the secondary or biological stage,removing nutrients such as phosphorus, nitrogen, and most biochemical oxygen demand andsusupended solids.TEXT AMENDMENTAn amendment to the language of this Ordinance approved, approved with conditions, ordenied by the Board of Commissioners in accordance with Section 2.4.2, Text Amendment.THEATERA building, or part thereof, which contains an assembly hall with or without stage which maybe equipped with curtains and permanent stage scenery or mechanical equipment adaptable tothe showing of plays, operas, motion pictures, performances, spectacles, and similar forms ofentertainment.TRACTA unit of land typically subdivided into a series of smaller lots.TRAVEL TRAILERA structure that is:a.
