Chapter 5: <strong>Development</strong> StandardsSECTION 5.1: OFF-STREET PARKING AND LOADINGSubsection 5.1.3: Off-Street Parking Standards(1) Re-striping an existing parking lot which does not create a deficient number ofparking spaces or nonconforming situation;(2) Expansion of a single-family or duplex dwelling that does not increase thenumber of bedrooms; and(3) Rehabilitation or re-use of an historic structure.5.1.3. Off-Street Parking StandardsA. Parking Plan RequiredThe parking plan shall accurately designate the required parking spaces, access aisles,and driveways, and the relation of the off-street parking facilities to the developmentthe facilities are designed to serve.B. Minimum Number of Spaces RequiredUnless otherwise expressly stated in this section or approved through an alternativeparking plan, the minimum number of off-street parking spaces shall be provided inaccordance with Table 5.1.3.C, Minimum Off-Street Parking Standards.C.
