Chapter 5: <strong>Development</strong> StandardsSECTION 5.10: COMMUNITY COMPATIBILITY STANDARDSSubsection 5.10.3: Design Standards(c) Parking structure facades adjacent to single-family detacheddevelopment shall be configured to appear as solid building walls, tosoften their visual impact.(d) Off-street surface parking areas located adjacent to single-familydetached residential development shall be screened by a Type Dperimeter buffer (see Section 5.2.6, Perimeter Landscape Buffers).B. Building PlacementMulti-building development shall be configured to establish a continuum of useintensity where uses of moderate intensity are sited between high-intensity uses andlow-intensity uses (e.g., office uses between retail and detached residential), as theyrelate to adjacent residential development.C.
