Vehicle Sales and Services, Heavy(1) CharacteristicsThe Vehicle Sales and Services Use, Heavy Category include use typesinvolving the direct sales and servicing of medium trucks, boats, and otherconsumer motor vehicles intended to transport persons or goods over landor water or through the air, whether for recreation, commerce, or personaltransport. Accessory uses include offices, sales of parts, maintenance facilities,parking, outdoor display, and vehicle storage.(2) ExamplesExample use types include vehicle sales or rentals; significant automotive repairand servicing; automotive painting/bodywork; boat and marine sales or rental;aircraft parts, sales, and maintenance; transmission shops; and automotivewrecker services.(3) Exceptions(a)(b)(c)K.
