Glazing(1) Facades of large retail buildings facing a street shall include glazing in anamount equal to 25 percent of the ground floor facade area.(2) Glazing on side facades may consist of clear, frosted, or spandrel glass, andshall be organized into a display window configuration.5.9. SHOPPING CENTER DESIGN STANDARDS5.9.1. Purpose and IntentThe purpose for these standards is to establish minimum standards to promote higher qualityshopping center development while also allowing greater flexibility for development configuredas a shopping center.5.9.2. ApplicabilityA. GeneralThese standards shall apply to any commercial development in one or more buildingsof 5,000 square feet in area or larger that are configured to include four or moreindividual tenant spaces.B.
