GeneralThis section sets forth supplemental procedures, standards, and related informationfor each of the specific review procedures for development applications reviewedunder this Ordinance, as identified in Table 2.1, Development Review Procedures.They apply in addition to, or instead of, the standard procedures set forth in Section2.3, Standard Procedures.B. Structure of ProceduresFor each type of development application reviewed under this Ordinance, thefollowing sections state the purpose of the section and/or type of development permitor approval, and whether each of the steps in the standard procedure set forth inSection 2.3, Standard Procedures, is applicable, optional, or not applicable. Thefollowing sections also include, for each step, any variations of, or additions to, thestandard procedures. This is followed by the review standards for the application, andprovisions addressing expiration and amendment, if applicable.2.4.2. Text AmendmentA. PurposeThe purpose of this section is to provide a uniform means for amending the text ofthis Ordinance whenever the public necessity, changed conditions, convenience,general welfare, or appropriate land use practices justify or require doing so.B.
