Chapter 4: Use StandardsSECTION 4.3: ACCESSORY USE STANDARDSSubsection 4.3.3: Specific Standards for Certain Accessory Uses(4) Campgrounds shall provide a common recreational area consisting of 100square feet per campsite;(5) Campgrounds shall provide sufficient groundcover to prevent erosion; and(6) Individual campsites shall be set back at least 100 feet from the front lot lineand at least 50 feet from the side and rear lot lines.D. Cemetery, Family or Religious InstitutionCemeteries that are not subject to the North Carolina Cemetery Act, including familycemeteries and church cemeteries, are permitted in accordance with the followingstandards:(1) Lots including a cemetery shall be a minimum of two acres in size, but thecemetery site itself has no minimum area requirement.(2) Table 4.3.3.D, Cemetery Dimensional Requirements, sets out the dimensionalrequirements for cemeteries.TABLE 4.3.3.D: CEMETERY DIMENSIONAL REQUIREMENTSREQUIREMENTMin.
