Chapter 10: Definitions and MeasurementSECTION 10.3: RULES OF MEASUREMENTSubsection 10.3.4: Required Setbacks(2) Agriculture SetbackThe minimum distance, measured horizontally, between a lot line containing ordesignated for residential or nonresidential development and the generallocation of active agricultural activity associated with an adjacent farm use.For the purposes of this <strong>Ordinance</strong>, “active agricultural activity” shall includethe growing of crops, pasture areas used by livestock, or woodlands subject toan active forestry management plan.Figure 10.3.4.A, Required Setbacks(3) Corner Side SetbackThe area of a lot where no building may be permitted that extends from therequired front setback line to the rear setback line and inward into the lotfrom the ultimate street right-of-way edge.(4) Driveway/Parking SetbackThe area of a residential lot where no driveways, parking areas, or othervehicular use area may be permitted that extended from a lot line inward intothe lot.
