Chapter 5: <strong>Development</strong> StandardsSECTION 5.10: COMMUNITY COMPATIBILITY STANDARDSSubsection 5.10.3: Design Standards(d)(e)Use similarly sized and patterned architectural features such aswindows, doors, awnings, arcades, pilasters, cornices, wall offsets,building materials, and other building articulations found on adjacentresidential development; andOrient porches, balconies, outdoor space, and other exterior sitefeatures such as vending machines away from adjacent single-familydetached dwellings.(2) Building Height(a)(b)Buildings shall maintain a maximum height of 35 feet within 100 feet ofa lot line shared with existing single-family detached dwellings (seeFigure 5.10.3.C.2, Building Height).Buildings over three stories in height shall be broken up into modulesor wings with the smaller and shorter portions of the structurelocated adjacent to residential development.Figure 5.10.3.C.2, Building HeightD.
