- Recuso hidrico y caracteristicas geologicas
- Topogrfia de1 recurso hidrico
- Poblacion Beneficiada
- Densidad Poblacioual
- Demanda de Potencia
- Existencia y tipos de via de acceso a la
miniregion
- Existencia de servicio de agua potable
- Tasa Ponderada
- Sustitucion de energia tern-k
- Acceso a la posible central
- Topografia para lineas
- TopograSia general de la miniregion
Nlimero de localidades (poblaciones)
ubicadas en la miniregion.
De ser posible deben introducirse otros criterios
coma es la production agropecuaria de cada region.
La calificacion con esto criterios permitirg ::‘\a selec-
cion de 10s proyectos. La calificacibn sera z ?esos x
Puntajes. La selection de 10s proyectos deuey8
hacerse en funcion de la calificacion y de 10s recursos
economico financieros disponibles y de ejecucion de
proyectos.
Criterios para la Conformacih de1 Plan
Como resultado de la evdluacion y selection de pro-
yectos debe conformarse un Plan de Minicentrales
Hidroelectricas, que en resumen sera una pro-
gramacion en el tiempo de la construction de las
mismas y de las asignaciones presupuestales cor-
respondientes.
Entre otros, 10s criterios principales son:
2.5.1 Disponibilidad de recursos economicos y
financieros, de las fuentes de Tesoro Ptiblico,
Recursos Propios, Endeudamiento Interno y
Externo.
2.5.2 Resultado de1 reconocimiento en 4 campo de
10s recursos hidricos y de las caractetisticas
geol6gicas.
2.5.3 Capacidad de la. Empresa para la direction
y/o supervicion de la implementation de 10s
proyectos.

The score from 1 to IO will give the
highest scores to the mini-regions having a
higher number of communiti,?s.
It is necessary to set values for the weights (/o
and they should follow the following order:
- Hydro Resource and Geological
Characteristics
- Topography of the hydraulic resource
- Population benefited
- Population density
- Energy Demand
- Existence and type of roads accessibility to
the mini-region
--- Existence of drinking water service
- Weighted rate of population increase
- Substitution of thermal energy
- Accessibility to the potential powerplant
- Topography for the lines
- General topography for the Mini-region
- Number of localities (communities) situated
in the Mini-region.
Whenever possible, other criteria, such as
agricultural and livestock production, should be
introduced. Screening for qualification with the
use of these criteria will permit the selection of
projects. The criterion will be 2: Wei@ts x
Scores. The selec,tion of projects shouid be done
as a function Oi ;he qualification and the
economic and financiai resources a;!aitable to im-
plement the projects.
Criteria for the Design of 9 Plan
As a result of the evaluation and selection of
projects, there should be a plan of mini-
hydropower plants which will represent a
schedule for the construction of such plants and
the corresponding budgetary allocations.
Some of the main criteria area, among others:
1. Availability of economic and financial
resources, sources of public treasury, owned
resources, internal or external loans.
2. Results of the field reconnaissance of the
hydraulic resources and the geological
characteristics.
3. Capabrlity for directing and/or supervising
the project implementation.
4. Availability within national limits of
materiais and equipment supply and
manufacturing capacity.
