2 tbsp soy sauce<br />

1 tsp salt<br />

1/2 tsp black pepper<br />

In a large saucepan, heat the sesame oil over medium high heat. Fry the tofu for 2 minutes. Add the<br />

garlic and fry for 1 minute more. Add all the remaining ingredients. Simmer for 15 minutes and serve.<br />

Yachae Kochu Bokum (Red Pepper Broccoli)<br />

1 1/2 tbsp vegetable oil<br />

1 large red bell pepper, cut into 1.5inch by ¼ inch wide strips<br />

4 cups broccoli florets, cut into bitesize pieces<br />

1 small white onion, cut in half lengthwise and then thinly sliced crosswise<br />

1/2 tsp grated fresh ginger root<br />

2 cloves garlic, minced<br />

1/2 tsp cayenne<br />

1 tbsp soy sauce<br />

1 tbsp pine nuts<br />

In a wok or large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. add the red pepper and broccoli. Stir fry<br />
