2 tbsp olive oil<br />

1 large onion, chopped<br />

cayenne. Bring to a boil, lower the heat an simmer, covered for 15 minutes. Add the vegetarian sausage<br />

and black beans and simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.<br />
