Combine the shallots and oil in a casserole. Cover and cook in the microwave on full power for 3-4<br />

minutes until soft, stirring once during cooking.<br />

Stir in garam masala and grated ginger. Cover and cook on full power for 1 minute.<br />

Stir in the chopped tomatoes. Cook uncovered on full power for 5 minutes or until mixture is thicker.<br />

Stir occasionally during cooking.<br />

Add the beans and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on full power for 3-4 minutes, stirring<br />

occasionally until the beans are hot.<br />
