4 taco shells, warmed<br />

a cup of shredded lettuce<br />

heat the refried beans and the taco sauce or salsa. Add the chopped tomatoes and mash thoroughly.<br />

Add the spring onions and cook gently for 4-5 minutes, stirring frequently. Season to taste with chilli<br />

relish/salsa/Tabasco and a little salt.<br />

Half fill the warm taco shells with the mixture and top with salsa, shredded lettuce and avocado.<br />
