before adding the mushrooms and bamboo shoots. Stir-fry again for 1 minute, the lower the heat and add<br />

the sugar salt and soy sauce. Give the mixture another good stir, then taste and adjust the seasoning.<br />

Serve the vegetables over the steamed rice, garnish with coriander.<br />
