1 tsp salt<br />

1 tsp onion granules<br />

1/2 tsp garlic granules<br />

1/4 tsp dried thyme leaves<br />

1/4 tsp paprika<br />

1/8 tsp ground dill seed<br />

a pinch of cayenne pepper<br />

Method<br />

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until the oats are finely ground and mixture is completely<br />

smooth. Pour into a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat until very thick stirring constantly. Chill<br />

thoroughly before serving.<br />

Port Wine UnCheese<br />

1 (15.5 oz) can pinto beans (about 1 1/2 cups) rinsed well and drained<br />

1/4 cup red wine<br />

2 tbsp sweet white miso<br />

3 tbsp tahini<br />

Method<br />

Blend all the ingredients until very smooth. Chill before serving.<br />
