4 tsp chili garlic paste<br />

1 tbsp oil<br />

Vegetables:<br />

2 tbsp minced garlic<br />

4 stalks celery, diagonally sliced 1/4 inch thick<br />

1 large red bell pepper, seeded and thinly sliced<br />

1 medium onion, thinly sliced<br />

4 tsp cornstarch dissolved in 2 tbsp water<br />

1/3 cup chopped toasted walnuts, almonds or cashews<br />

Mix the tofu cubes thoroughly with the vegetarian stir fry ‘oyster’ sauce in a bowl and let stand while you<br />

prepare the other ingredients.<br />

Mix the cooking sauce ingredients in a pitcher and set aside.<br />
