Preheat oven to 350F<br />

For the cobbler: in a stovetop and oven safe 5 quart casserole, thaw the juice concentrate over medium<br />

heat. Add mango chunks and strawberries cook until fruit is almost thawed. Add peaches, ginger brandy<br />

and Sucanat. Cook mixture 5 minutes, stirring frequently.<br />

In a small bowl, blend the cornstarch with the water and mix into to the fruit. Cook mixture 5 minutes.<br />

For the topping: place the oats, walnuts, flour and Sucanat in the bowl of a food processor and process<br />

to mix. While the motor is running, pour oil and Fruitsource through the tube. Process until mixture is<br />

crumbly but holding together. Sprinkle over the top of fruit and bake, uncovered, for 25 minutes.<br />
