<strong>Windows</strong>:<br />

install_path\Netbackup\vault\sessions\vault_name\session.last<br />

Make sure that the file system is not full and that no one has inadvertently edited the<br />

session.last file. You can correct the problem by storing in the session.last<br />

file the highest session id that has been assigned to a session <strong>for</strong> this vault. If the<br />

problem persists, contact customer support and send the appropriate logs.<br />

<strong>NetBackup</strong> Status Code: 265<br />

Message: session id file is empty or corrupt<br />

Explanation: The session id stored in the following file is bad.<br />

UNIX:<br />

/usr/openv/netbackup/vault/sessions/vault_name/session.last<br />

<strong>Windows</strong>:<br />

install_path\<strong>NetBackup</strong>\vault\sessions\vault_name\session.last<br />

Recommended Action: Ensure that the session id stored in the session.last file is not<br />

corrupt. Make sure that the file system is not full and that no one has inadvertently edited<br />

the file. You can correct the problem by storing in the session.last file the highest<br />

session id that has been assigned to a session <strong>for</strong> this vault. If the problem persists, contact<br />

customer support and send the appropriate logs.<br />

<strong>NetBackup</strong> Status Code: 266<br />

Message: cannot find robot, vault, or profile in the vault configuration<br />

Explanation: The profile name or triplet robot_name/vault_name/profile_name specified on<br />

the vault command (vltrun, vlteject, vltoffsitemedia), or by means of<br />

vltopmenu, was not found in the vault configuration.<br />

Recommended Action: Please rerun the command with the correct profile_name or triplet<br />

robot_name/vault_name/profile_name.<br />

<strong>NetBackup</strong> Status Code: 267<br />

Message: cannot find the local host name<br />

Explanation: A vault job obtains the local host name via an OS call. This error occurs<br />

when the vault job is unable to get the local host name.<br />

Recommended Action: Issue a hostname command at the OS command prompt. See the<br />

hostname (or gethostbyname) man page <strong>for</strong> an explanation of the conditions that would<br />

cause it to fail. Refer to the OS System Administrator <strong>Guide</strong> <strong>for</strong> more in<strong>for</strong>mation<br />
