This chapter lists Media Manager status codes and messages. In each of the following<br />

subsections, the status codes are listed in numerical order, followed by an explanation and<br />

recommended action.<br />

Note The term media server, as distinct from master server or server, does not apply to the<br />

<strong>NetBackup</strong> BusinesServer product. When troubleshooting a BusinesServer<br />

installation, please ignore any references to media server.<br />

Media Manager Status Codes<br />

These status codes appear in exit status and command output <strong>for</strong> most Media Manager<br />

commands, media and device management user interfaces, and system or debug logs.<br />

Media Manager Status Code: 1<br />

Message: request completed<br />

Explanation: A requested operation was completed. The operation may have been one of<br />

several related operations <strong>for</strong> a particular task.<br />
