Granose Foods Ltd. 1990. June 13. States that the product,<br />

made by Bridge Farm Dairies, was introduced in 1990. It is<br />

now sold in the four fl avors shown above. A color illustration<br />

on the foil lid shows the main fruits used against an ivory<br />

background. The name <strong>of</strong> the fruits is written in a banner<br />

rectangle below the word “Granose” <strong>and</strong> above the term<br />

“Country Delight.” A “Best before” date is stamped atop<br />

each lid. The front <strong>of</strong> the cup contains a similar but more<br />

elaborate drawing. “Best served chilled.”<br />

made with organic <strong>soy</strong>a <strong>milk</strong> <strong>and</strong> no added sugar. Sweetened<br />

with pear juice.”<br />

Note: This product may be made by a subcontractor<br />

dairy. The source <strong>of</strong> the <strong>soy</strong><strong>milk</strong> is not known.<br />

br<strong>and</strong> name has no connection with the same name used by<br />

Sanitarium Foods in Australia. The <strong>soy</strong><strong>milk</strong> used as the main<br />

ingredient in this product is made by Uni<strong>soy</strong> (a member <strong>of</strong><br />

the Haldane Foods Group) in Stockport.<br />

real fruit <strong>and</strong> sweetened with fruit juice, free from artifi cial<br />

dry <strong>milk</strong> (NFDM) both functioned well as ingredients for<br />

well with typical dairy <strong>yogurt</strong> in every aspect studied except<br />

for lack <strong>of</strong> typical <strong>yogurt</strong> <strong>and</strong> acidity fl avors <strong>and</strong> the presence<br />
