1997 by Nutritious Foods, Inc.) is for new, “<strong>soy</strong> protein-rich<br />

Health Source drinks <strong>and</strong> <strong>yogurt</strong>-style snacks. Years <strong>of</strong> Asian<br />

<strong>history</strong> <strong>and</strong> numerous studies suggest the same conclusion:<br />

substituting <strong>soy</strong>-protein foods for signifi cant amounts <strong>of</strong><br />

animal-protein foods can have a real nutritional impact on<br />
