„From middle 1993 the Bosnian government started the regular production of (for
example) Kalashnikows in the territory controlled by the ABiH. Factories in Novi
Travnik, Bugojno, Gorazde and Tuzla existed. So concerning infantry weapons the
ABiH was quite independent already in 1993.“
