Getting to the Answer:
The sum will stay negative as long as you keep adding
negative numbers. When will it start going positive? When
the positives cancel out the negatives. In other words, -33
will cancel out +33, -32 will cancel out +32, and so forth.
All the consecutive integers from -33 to +33 (there's 67 of
