Seventeen Top Universities Participate
at PKU Recruitment Consulting Day

Peking University, Beijing, April 27, 2004: April 25th is the third open day as well as
the Recruitment Consulting Day of PKU. According to Liu Mingli, vice direct of Office
of Recruitment, in order to provide the examinees and their parents with helpful
information, PKU invited seventeen Chinese top universities to participate in the
Recruitment consulting Day, including Fu Dan University, Shanghai Jiao Tong
University, Nan Jing University, The Chinese University of Hong Kong, University of
Science and Technology of China, etc.
On the same day, for the smooth carrying out of all the activities, PKU volunteers set
up three service stations in the campus. Although it is raining, the volunteers in red
waistcoats are seen everywhere, giving out guidebooks, answering the questions of
the examinees and their parents. With their warm smiles, they win the heart of the
consulters and gain our university a special glamour.
