The second factor influencing the loss <strong>of</strong> higher managers was the company‘s<br />

cultural atmosphere. The cultural atmosphere <strong>of</strong> a company directly affected its<br />

achievement, and whether higher managers could stay long in a company was<br />

based on their identity with its cultural atmosphere.<br />

The qualities, ideas, visions and behaviors <strong>of</strong> presidents directly affected the<br />

organizational culture, and the cultural atmosphere also directly affected whether the<br />

company could build its brand. Although the leaving <strong>of</strong> higher managers was also<br />

affected by the talent competence in the market, the management problem would<br />

still decide whether the company could keep the talents or not in the next few years.<br />
