On passing the final examination, you will be awarded a<br />
certificate as a “DGFP certified HR executive”.<br />
› ›› EXAMINATION<br />
The optional examination at the end of the training course<br />
requires you to discuss your ideas of how to structure<br />
your sphere of responsibility with a panel of experts. The<br />
examination consists of an oral and a written part. Candidates<br />
must also complete a written project in which they<br />
set out an overall concept for HR management at their<br />
company. This concept is then presented and discussed in<br />
the oral part of the examination.<br />
Applications to take the examination must be registered at<br />
least six weeks before the start of the examination. You<br />
have a maximum of two years following the training course<br />
in which to take the examination.<br />
› ›› IMPORTANT INFORMATION<br />
Once you have applied to take part in the course, you will<br />
be given a password that will allow you to access the<br />
“HR Executive Study Forum” on DGFP’s website. You will<br />
then be able to revise and absorb the contents of the other<br />
training courses (compact version). A multiple choice test<br />
will allow you to check your grasp of the subject matter.<br />

in our General Terms and Conditions (page 264).<br />
