› ›› EXAMINATION
The optional examination at the end of the training course
requires you to discuss your ideas of how to structure
your sphere of responsibility with a panel of experts. The
examination consists of an oral and a written part. Candidates
must also complete a written project in which they
set out an overall concept for HR management at their
company. This concept is then presented and discussed in
the oral part of the examination.
Applications to take the examination must be registered at
least six weeks before the start of the examination. You
have a maximum of two years following the training course
in which to take the examination.
› ›› IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Once you have applied to take part in the course, you will
be given a password that will allow you to access the
“HR Executive Study Forum” on DGFP’s website. You will
then be able to revise and absorb the contents of the other
training courses (compact version). A multiple choice test
will allow you to check your grasp of the subject matter.
