‘deprofessionalized’. The main feature of such strategies is their ‘flexibility’ – ability to the abrupt and sudden<br />

change of the professional activity. However, if the strategy of ‘mobile careerists’ is very successful, also in<br />

objective (professional gain) and in subjective way (self-esteem in profession, satisfaction), than<br />

‘deprofessionalized’ strategy fool of problems. Our researches revealed a problem when university graduates<br />

realizes such ‘flexible’ career strategies which is the risk of professional trajectory stability loss and decrease of<br />

ability to obtain the professional identity by individuals.<br />
