The bibliography of the writer<br />

I have been teaching English as an ELT lecturer at English department, School of Foreign Languages since<br />

1985, when I graduated from the department of English language at Uludağ<br />

University, Bursa. Teaching English is our family business because every individual of my family is<br />

predominantly engaged in teaching English at the schools and the university.<br />

The lessons that I am responsible for are writing, reading, speaking, listening, and international trade English.<br />

As a person who believes in the idea that everybody should refresh himself in his own field every time<br />

without considering how old he /she is, I participated in some courses in not only Turkey but also The U.K.<br />

Some of them are:<br />

Fulbright in İstanbul,(1988), “Methodology in teaching English” in Norwhich, the U.K. (1990), “Creative<br />

methodology for the classroom” Kent University, The U.K. (2012), “Workshop presenters’ training” at ITI in<br />

İstanbul.I have been doing DELTA [ Diploma for English language teaching to adults] (module 3)at ITI in<br />

İstanbul (<strong>International</strong> Training Institute of Cambridge University).<br />

The <strong>Conference</strong>s and membership:<br />

1) On the dates of 2 nd and 6 th of May 2013,My article is about the pronunciation problems for Turkish<br />

learners in articulating of the voiced and unvoiced “ th “ sounds and the techniques of overcoming the<br />

difficulties for Turkish learners in English learning.” was accepted by the <strong>International</strong> Burch University,<br />

Sarajevo.<br />

2) On the dates 24 th and 27 th of June 2013, the article I presented orally was about “the pronunciation problems<br />

for Turkish learners in articulating and pronouncing “the diphthongs” in the ELT international conference<br />

held in Rome.<br />

3) On the dates of 30 th of October and 3 rd of November 2013, “Accessible Izmir 2013 <strong>International</strong><br />

participation congress of urban problems and solutions for people with disabilities.” My article was about<br />

overcoming the problems of stammering [“ speek that I see thee” (Aristotales)]<br />

4) I am a member of (Linked in) ELT professionals around the world.<br />

A video presentation in which how the students in my classroom were trained to pronounce the intrusive<br />

sounds.<br />
