Constanţa City Hall Fund (1878–1975) was taken over by the<br />

constanţa county heritage service of National Archives in several stages,<br />

namely in 1965, 1977, 1987, 1989. It contains many documents on the<br />

evolution of administrative, economic, political, social and cultural life of<br />

Constanta after 1878. regarding general information on Aromanians, for<br />

the last years of the nineteenth century and first decades of the next century<br />

the content of documents that is important is that on obtaining grants for<br />

families, that is needy students, voter lists of the Chamber of Commerce<br />

and, last but not least, records of the minutes of the City Council. In the<br />

fund we can find some information on the deportees from South Dobrogea<br />

established in constanţa 30 .<br />

Ovidiu City Hall Fund (1920–1968) was taken over by the constanţa<br />

County heritage Service of the national Archives in two stages, namely<br />

in 1968 and 1986. It includes several categories of documents, including:<br />

works regarding the application of agrarian reform in 1921, works on the<br />

town hall’s inventory of goods, works on the implementation of agrarian<br />

reform in 1945, agricultural records, records of decisions of the executive<br />

Committee of the ovidiu town, register with minutes of executive committee<br />

meetings, statistical reports of the former people’s council of ovidiu town,<br />

etc. Documents regarding Aromanians born in Greece and evacuated from<br />

South Dobrudja and reinstated in ovidiu are also important 31 .<br />

Nisipari Village Hall Fund (1931–1950) entered the Constanta County<br />

heritage Service of the national Archives in 1988 and includes, among others:<br />

orders and correspondence received from the county government bodies,<br />

local data on the repatriation of Germans, works on the implementation<br />

of Agrarian reform in 1945, the activity of the provisional Committee,<br />

etc. Important documents are also those referring to Aromanians born in<br />

Albania, evacuated from South Dobrudja and reinstated in nisipari 32 .<br />

Certainly, along these funds there are many others that offer us a series<br />

of information about Aromaninas in general, including information about<br />

Farseroti and Moscopolean. Among these, there should be mentioned:<br />

residence Sea land (1938–1940), the regional police Inspectorate<br />

of constanţa (1938–1949), the chief of Police (1931–1949), regional<br />

inspectorate of the Gendarmerie constanţa (1941–1949), legion Gendarmes<br />

of Constanta County (1894–1949), regional Statistics Dobrogea (1941–<br />

1954), school inspectorate of constanţa county (1915–1951), Pcr<br />

constanţa county committee(1950–1989), etc.<br />
