11. Conclusion
We proposed to reach the target to combine quantity with quality by reusing the existing data
and resources in the ELDIT system. We were able to develop a module that provides a large
number of exercises on the one hand and uses highly sophisticated correction possibilities on
different linguistic levels on the other hand. We combined morphologic, semantic and pragmatic
analysis of language in one exercise. Using all this information we achieved our aim to provide
the learner with high-quality feedback that is adapted to his/her individual needs in his/her
specifi c learning situations. In this way the rather passive reading of language information gets
detached by an interactive, meaningful training on the text. This kind of training fulfi lls many
preconditions to make learning as easy and comfortable as possible and enable knowledge
acquisition at its best.
