Resumen: El presente trabajo se inscribe dentro de la línea de la
antropología de la alimentación y es parte del proyecto Percepción
del cuerpo en mujeres rurales de México, cuyos objetivos son
conocer cómo perciben su cuerpo estas mujeres e identificar sus
representaciones sobre la alimentación. Se comienza a detectar
cierta preocupación entre algunas de las mujeres por su cuerpo y
un mayor consumo de alimentos light, lo que muestra una transformación
en la subjetividad femenina de las zonas rurales.

Abstract: This paper is part of a research line of anthropology of
food and is part of Project Women Perception of the body in rural
areas in Mexico, whose aims are to understand how these women
perceive their bodies and identify their representations about food.
The women shows some concern for their body and there is an increased
in consumption of lights food, which shows a transformation
of female subjectivity in rural areas.
