User Name Enter the User Name of the <strong>RMX</strong>, as registered in the Microsoft<br />

Exchange Server, that the <strong>RMX</strong> uses to login to its e-mail<br />

account.<br />

Field length: Up to 80 characters.<br />

Password Enter the Password the <strong>RMX</strong> uses to login to its e-mail account<br />

as registered in the Microsoft Exchange Server.<br />

Field length: Up to 80 characters.<br />

Domain Enter the name of the network domain where the <strong>RMX</strong> is<br />

installed as defined in the Microsoft Exchange Server.<br />

Primary SMTP<br />

Mailbox (Optional)<br />

This field is left empty.<br />

Accept Appointments Select this check box to enable the <strong>RMX</strong> to send replies to<br />

meeting invitations.<br />

Clear this check box when the <strong>RMX</strong> is part of a Unified<br />

Conferencing solution that includes a DMA, as the DMA will send<br />

a reply to the meeting invitation.<br />
