List Pane<br />

Chapter 19-<strong>RMX</strong> Manager Application<br />

The List pane displays details of the participants connected to the conferences selected in the<br />

Conferences pane or the item selected in <strong>RMX</strong> Management pane. The title of the pane changes<br />

according to the selected item.<br />

When selecting an item in the <strong>RMX</strong> Management pane it applies only to the MCU selected in<br />

the MCUs list. In such a case, the system displays the name of the selected MCU in the List<br />

pane title.<br />

Status Bar<br />

The Status Bar at the bottom of the <strong>RMX</strong> Web Client contains System and Participant Alerts<br />

tabs as well as Port Usage Gauges and an MCU State indicator.<br />

System Alerts<br />

Lists system problems of all connected MCUs (even if the MCU is not monitored). The alert<br />

indicator flashes red when at least one system alert is active. The flashing continues until a<br />

user with Operator or Administrator permission reviews the list.<br />

The System Alerts can be sorted by MCU by clicking the MCU header in the System Alerts<br />

table.<br />

The System Alerts pane is opened and closed by clicking the System Alerts button in the left<br />

corner of the Status Bar.<br />

Participant Alerts<br />

Lists the participants of all monitored MCUs that are experiencing connection problems.<br />

The list is sorted by MCU and conference.<br />

The Participant Alerts can be sorted by MCU by clicking the MCU header in the Participant<br />

Alerts table.<br />

The Participant Alerts pane is opened and closed by clicking the Participant Alerts button in<br />

the left corner of the Status Bar.<br />
