Viewing, Retrieving and Archiving Conference Information<br />

Viewing the Conference Records<br />

To open the CDR utility:<br />

• On the <strong>RMX</strong> menu, click Administration > CDR.<br />

The CDR List pane opens, displaying a list of the conference CDR records stored in the<br />

MCU memory.<br />

The following fields are displayed:<br />

Table 17-1 Conference Record Fields<br />

Field Description<br />

Display Name The Display Name of the conference and an icon indicating whether or<br />

not the CDR record has been retrieved and saved to a formatted text<br />

file.<br />

The following icons are used:<br />

The CDR record has not been saved.<br />

The CDR record has been saved.<br />

Start Time The actual time the conference started.<br />

Duration The actual conference duration.<br />

Reserved Duration The time the conference was scheduled to last. Discrepancy between<br />

the scheduled and the actual duration may indicate that the<br />

conference duration was prolonged or shortened.<br />
