CSR Method - Sending the certificate<br />

After you have received the certificate from the Certificate Authority:<br />

If you have closed the IP Network Service - SIP Servers dialog box, repeat steps 1 to 11 in the<br />

procedure "Defining a SIP Network Service in the <strong>RMX</strong> and Installing the Security Certificate” on<br />

page H-35.<br />

19 Open the Certificate Authority e-mail and Copy (Ctrl + C) the certificate information<br />

from the Certificate Authority’s e-mail to the clipboard.<br />

20 In the IP Network Service - SIP Servers dialog box, click the Send Certificate button.<br />

The Send Certificate dialog box opens.<br />

21 Click Paste Certificate to paste the clipboard content into the Send Certificate dialog box.<br />

22 Click the Send Certificate button to send the certificate to the <strong>RMX</strong>.<br />

23 Click the Close button.<br />

24 In the IP Network Service - SIP Servers dialog box, complete the SIP Servers definitions.<br />

25 Click OK.<br />

The MCU validates the certificate.<br />

— If the certificate is not valid, an error message is displayed.<br />
