2 In the New Entry Queue or Entry Queue Properties dialog box, ensure that Ad Hoc is
selected.
3 Ensure that the Entry Queue is designated as the Transit Entry Queue as described in

Procedure 6: Configuring a Meeting Room on the RMX
The Profile for the Meeting Room must be TIP enabled as described in Procedure 4.

Procedure 7: Configuring Participant Properties for dial out calls
Participant Properties must be configured to ensure that defined participants inherit their TIP
settings from the Profile assigned to the Meeting Room.
