Modifying an Existing Profile<br />

Chapter 1-Conference Profiles<br />

You can modify any of the Profile’s parameters but you cannot rename the Profile.<br />

To modify the Profile Properties:<br />

1 In the Conference Profiles list, double -click the Profile icon or right-click the Profile icon,<br />

and then click Profile Properties.<br />

The Profile Properties - General dialog box opens.<br />

Deleting a Conference Profile<br />

Service Name This column lists all the defined Network Services, one or several<br />

depending on the system configuration.<br />

SIP Registration To register the conferencing entity to which this profile is assigned<br />

with the SIP Server of the selected Network Service, click the check<br />

box of that Network Service in this column.<br />

Accept Calls To prevent dial in participants from connecting to a conferencing<br />

entity when connecting via a Network Service, clear the check box of<br />

the Network Service from which calls cannot connect to the<br />

conference.<br />

To delete a Conference Profile:<br />

1 In the Conference Profiles list, select the Conference Profile you want to delete.<br />

2 Click the Delete Profile (<br />

) button.<br />

Right-click the Conference Profile to be deleted and select<br />

Delete Profile from the drop-down menu.<br />

A confirmation dialog box is displayed.<br />

Click OK in the confirmation dialog box.<br />
