Resource Report<br />

2 In the MCMS_PARAMETERS tab, double-click or select the flag<br />

FORCE_CIF_PORT_ALLOCATION and click the Edit Flag button.<br />

3 In the New Value field, clear the value entries.<br />

4 Click OK.<br />

Reset the MCU for changes to take effect. For more details, see the <strong>RMX</strong> <strong>2000</strong><br />

The Resource Report displays the real time resource usage according to the selected Resource<br />

Capacity Mode:<br />

• Flexible Resource Capacity Mode available in MPM, MPM+ and MPMx Modes.<br />

• Fixed Resource Capacity Mode available only in MPM+ and MPMx Modes<br />

On the <strong>RMX</strong>1500 MPMx-Q assembly, the use of HD with Continuous Presence requires an<br />

additional license. In the Resource Report and Resolution Configuration panes, HD settings are<br />

displayed but are not enabled and if HD is selected the system will enable SD by default.<br />

The Resource Report also includes a graphic representation of the resource usage.<br />

When the <strong>RMX</strong> is working in MPM+ or MPMx Mode with Fixed Resource Capacity Mode<br />

selected, additional system resources information is displayed.<br />

Displaying the Resource Report<br />

1 In the main toolbar, click Administration > Resource Report.<br />

The Resource Report dialog box is displayed, showing the resource usage according to<br />

the Resource Capacity Mode. For each resource type, the Resource Report includes the<br />

following columns:<br />

Column Description<br />

Type The type of audio/video resources available.<br />

Total The Total column displays the total number of resources of that type<br />

as configured in the system (Occupied and Free). This number<br />

reflects the current audio/video port configuration. Any changes to<br />

the resource allocation will affect the resource usage displayed in the<br />

Resource Report.<br />

Occupied The number of <strong>RMX</strong> resources that are used by connected<br />

participants or reserved for defined participants.<br />
