Chapter 16-IVR Services<br />

Audio files are uploaded to the MCU one-by-one.<br />

3 In the IVR Message Language list, select the language for which the audio file will be<br />

uploaded to the MCU.<br />

4 In the IVR Message Category list, select the category for which the audio file is uploaded.<br />

5 In the Message Type list, select the message type for which the uploaded message is to be<br />

played. You can upload several audio files for each Message Type. Each file is<br />

downloaded separately.<br />

Table 16-2 lists the Message Types for each category:<br />

participants to avoid answering machines in the<br />

conference.<br />

Welcome Message The first message played when the participant<br />

connects to the conference or Entry Queue.<br />

Requests the participants to enter the chairperson<br />

identifier key.<br />

Requests the participant to enter the chairperson<br />

When the participant enters an incorrect chairperson<br />

password, requests the participant to enter it again.<br />

General Messages played for system related event notifications, for example,<br />

notification that the conference is locked. Upload the files for the voice<br />

messages that are played when an event occurs during the conference. For<br />

more information, see "Conference IVR Service Properties - General Voice<br />

Messages” on page 16-12.<br />
