Site Names Definition<br />

4 The Conference Profile is deleted.<br />

A Conference Profile cannot be deleted if it is being used by Meeting Rooms, Entry Queues, SIP<br />

Factories and Reservations.<br />

A Profile that is assigned to only one ongoing conference and no other conferencing entity can be<br />

deleted.<br />

Continuous Presence Using the Site Name dialog box, you can control the display of the site<br />

names by defining the font, size, color, background color and transparency and position<br />

within the Video Window.<br />

• Site Names display is Off by default in a new profile.<br />

• Site Names can be enabled to function in one of two modes:<br />

— Auto – Site names are displayed for 10 seconds whenever the conference layout<br />

changes.<br />

— On – Site names are displayed for the duration of the conference.<br />

• Site Names display is not available for Video Switching (VSW) conferences.<br />
