• <strong>RMX</strong> <strong>2000</strong> - at the bottom right corner of the RTM IP card on the back panel.<br />

• <strong>RMX</strong> 4000 - at the bottom right corner of the RTM IP 4000 card on the back panel.<br />

Restore to Factory Security Defaults<br />

Restore to Factory Security Defaults can be performed by either:<br />

• Inserting a USB device such as a mouse or a keyboard into the <strong>RMX</strong>’s USB Port causing<br />

it to exit Ultra Secure Mode and return to Factory Security Defaults mode. After<br />

performing this procedure, Logins to the <strong>RMX</strong> use the http command and not the https<br />

command.<br />

or<br />

• Inserting a USB key containing a file named RestoreFactorySecurityDefaults.txt.<br />

To restore the <strong>RMX</strong> to Factory Security Defaults:<br />

1 Insert a USB device or a USB key containing a file named<br />

RestoreFactorySecurityDefaults.txt into the USB port of the <strong>RMX</strong>.<br />

The USB port locations for <strong>RMX</strong> 1500/<strong>2000</strong>/4000 are shown in "USB Ports on <strong>RMX</strong> 1500/<br />

<strong>2000</strong>/4000” on page I-1.<br />

2 Power the <strong>RMX</strong> Off and then On.<br />
