Participant Properties Advanced<br />

Channel Information<br />

The following appendix details the properties connected with information about audio and<br />

video parameters, as well as, problems with the network which can affect the audio and<br />

video quality.<br />

Algorithm Indicates the audio or video algorithm and protocol.<br />

The number of audio frames per packet that are transferred between the<br />

MCU and the endpoint. If the actual Frame per Packets are higher than<br />

Frame per Packets declared during the capabilities exchange, a Faulty<br />

flag is displayed.<br />

Indicates the video resolution in use. If the actual resolution is higher than<br />

resolution declared in the capabilities exchange, the Faulty flag is displayed.<br />

For example, if the declared resolution is CIF and the actual resolution<br />

is 4CIF, the Faulty flag is displayed.<br />

The number of video frames per second that are transferred between the<br />

MCU and the endpoint.<br />

Annexes (video only) Indicates the H.263 annexes in use at the time of the last RTCP report. If<br />

the actual annexes used are other than the declared annexes in the capabilities<br />

exchange, the Faulty flag is displayed.<br />
