Activity: Licensing and Applications
This activity processes applications for new licenses. Staff members perform analysis of
applications for new and/or expanded operating authority, tariff rate modifications, and sales and
transfers of fully regulated companies, and assess the operational fitness of all applicants as well as
the financial fitness of fully regulated applicants.
