PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
Pursuant to NRS 701A.300 through 701A.450 the Office of Energy is to create an account called the Renewable Energy Fund that receives the state's entire portion of the property taxes
received from projects receiving abatements beginning July 1, 2012. This account and it's subaccounts shall be interest-bearing accounts and the interest and income earned on the money
must be credited to the Fund.
BASE
This request continues funding for the Renewable Energy Fund. One-time expenditures have been eliminated and partial year costs have been annualized.
