B&I - ATTORNEY FOR INJURED WORKERS - The purpose of the Office of the Nevada Attorney for Injured Workers is to distribute accurate information to the
public regarding the rights and responsibilities of injured workers in the state's workers' compensation system; to respond promptly and accurately to each individual request
for information; and to skillfully represent each injured worker in the appeal process with courtesy and compassion and with the goal of securing every compensation and
medical benefit to which the worker is entitled.
