Activity: District Courts
The State of Nevada provides for the compensation fixed by law of 82 judges who preside over
general jurisdiction courts in 10 judicial districts in 17 Nevada counties. Their caseload
encompasses all case types (criminal, civil, family and juvenile), and their actions are prescribed
by the Nevada Constitution and Nevada Revised Statutes.
